Claims Adjusting Services – Enters the PUBLIC INSURANCE ADJUSTER to fight AAA INSURANCE COMPANY. This is Step One of the HARRIS ADVANTAge 2 phase process of fire and water restoration.

Phase One – Preparation, negotiation and settlement of insurance claims against AAA INSURANCE. During this process, Phase One, Harris Claims Services claims management team of Public Adjusters, Accountants, Attorneys and more oversees the management of the “Settlement Procedure.” This involves the preparation, negotiation and settlement of all the claims covered under the AAA policy. Before concluding any settlement, the staff at Harris Claims Services, reviews the AAA policy of insurance to confirm that all claims have been maximized. There are numerous clauses within an AAA policy, which can increase the recoverable amount.

Our fee is paid from Insurance proceeds and there is no out-of-pocket expense to the property owner.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN AAA INSURANCE COMPANY ADJUSTER AND OTHER ADJUSTERS LIKE A PUBLIC ADJUSTER AT HARRIS CLAIMS SERVICES.

There are basically three types of Adjusters! Only One type works for YOU the property owner, - THE HARRIS CLAIMS SERVICES ADJUSTER.

AAA Insurance Policies obligate the insured to present a claim to AAA for consideration and payment.

There are three types of adjusters that could be involved in that process. The definitions of the types are as follows:

(A) “AAA Company Adjuster” means the insurance adjusters who are employees of AAA INSURANCE COMPANY. They represent the interest of AAA INSURANCE COMPANY and are paid by the insurance company. They will not charge you a fee since they work for AAA INSURANCE COMPANY.

(B) “AAA Independent Adjuster” means the insurance adjusters who are hired on a contract basis by AAA INSURANCE COMPANY to represent the AAA insurance companies interest in settlement of the claim. They are paid by AAA Insurance Company. They will not charge you a fee. These independent adjusters for AAA INSURANCE COMPANY are usually hired on a per claim basis when AAA does do not have company adjuster s available. An example of such is a hurricane disaster or when they are simply under staffed. Again, these types of adjuster work and are obligated to perform duties for AAA INSURANCE COMPANY not you the owner.

(C) “Public Adjuster” (THE HARRIS ADJUSTER) means the insurance adjusters ñ Public Insurance Adjuster who do not work for AAA INSURANCE COMPANY. We work for YOU, the Insured, the property owner, the one who is suffering losses and is emotional upset. Public Insurance Adjusters, such as Harris Claims Services ADJUSTERS assist in the preparation, presentation and settlement of the claim. The insured hires the public insurance adjusters at Harris Claims Services by signing a contract granting us authority to represent the ownerís interest and maximize the claims. The Harris Claims Services ADJUSTER ( Public Adjuster ) gives you the advantage and peace of mind you need. We are obligated to you the property owner only, NOT to AAA INSURANCE COMPANY. Our bread is not buttered By AAA Insurance Company.

Public Insurance Adjusters Know The Insurance Process Inside And Out
We minimize the problems and frustration that come with preparing, documenting, negotiating and finalizing AAA insurance claims. Your experts at Harris Claims Services, will file all your pertinent paperwork with AAA insurance company, arrange for the inspections of your damaged property and then negotiate the maximum settlement rightfully due to you. If we feel that AAA insurance company has failed to respond appropriately and pay the correct value of the loss, we advise you of your rights and stay with you until the end. This normally means a demand for appraisal where we and AAA insurance company agree to an umpire to resolve the situation. This benefits you and keeps the matter from being tied up in court for years. If you decide to have our company assist you, we charge, on the average, a fee of ten percent. We don’t get paid until you do. Our agreement allows for the cancellation of our contract for a period of ten days from the date of signing with NO FEE to us. This allows you to see the manner in which we handle ourselves and allows you to further make decisions.

It’s really a matter of common sense. AAA Insurance Company wants to keep your claim low. Our Public Insurance Adjusters want to maximize your claims. We get paid only if you get paid.

Charges For The Adjusting Services on AAA INSURANCE CLAIMS
We charge a small percentage of the insurance company's settlement with you. Our fee ranges between 7% and 10%. This fee is waived if we are allowed to repair the building which is explained in the Second Phase.
